IN-PERSON OR ONLINE?

I have the flexibility to work either in-person or online.

Online can be the ideal option if your schedule is busy and you have a private space you're able to connect from.

 

Being in the quiet of a familiar place can support the therapeutic work, giving you the ability to connect quickly to suit your schedule, and relax easily.​​​​

​

Alternatively, in-person can allow you space away from the demands and stress of home. In-person sessions will be available later in the winter, and after an initial assessment, and if it is safe and appropriate to do so, sessions can also be run outside in the Peak District, using nature and the environment to support the therapeutic process.
